Any defects detected during installation will be discussed with you by the installer, and a Defect Notice will be issued if necessary.

Defects: If any defects are identified during the installation or exchange process, the technician will discuss the issue with you on site. CovaU will issue a defect notice if any issues are unable to rectified on site.

Installation Date:

Please select an installation date that is at least two weeks from the form submission. The selected date must not fall on weekends or public holidays. If the proposed date is acceptable, you will receive a Power Interruption Notification (PIN) detailing the expected outage (typically 30 minutes to 2 hours).

After Hours Installation: Available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
