Daytime Promotion for Business Customer – Terms & Conditions
The CovaU Daytime Promotion for Business Customer (“Promotion”) is offered by CovaU Pty Ltd.
Promotion Savings
Any saving is calculated on electricity usage rates only, based on the energy rates shown on the electricity bill you upload. Please be aware that the Daily supply charges, taxes, levies, and other fees are excluded; the promotion savings do not apply to your past bills.
Promotion Period
The Promotion Period is subject to the information available on the CovaU website at https://covau.com.au/covau-daytime/, will end on 30 April 2026, CovaU may amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Please be assured that any invoices submitted prior to the end of the Promotion Period will continue to be reviewed.
Eligible Customers

2. Ongoing eligible: If you no longer meet any of the above criteria, the savings of up to 5% may no longer apply.
CovaU may vary rates or savings in accordance with regulatory requirements, without affecting the 5% savings already applied, unless otherwise permitted by law. Any such changes will be applied prospectively and in accordance with applicable laws.
This Promotion does not apply to Residential tariff customer, customer on unbundled price plan, and large business sites with complex tariffs.
Your Invoice Assessment
A recent invoice from the past three months, reflecting the current tariff and charging structure.
CovaU will checking your billing information of electricity usage, rates, daily supply charges, and billing period details to determine eligibility. Additional data may be requested for higher usage accounts.
For customers with higher electricity usage or spend, CovaU may require additional usage data to complete the eligibility assessment.
Bill Outcomes
Savings under this Promotion are determined during the eligibility assessment using the customer’s most recent electricity invoice submitted.
While the discounted usage rates are calculated at the time of assessment, actual bill amounts may vary in future periods due to factors outside CovaU’s control, including changes in electricity usage, meter data, or tariff structures.
Customer Data Privacy
Your Personal information collected as part of the CovaU Daytime Promotion will be used solely to contact eligible customers and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
