One of the worst service ever enjoyed in Melbourne, I found it on energy compare Victoria government site and picked up the contract, then no where can sign up online but waiting for the call back, I have a property awaiting for the electricity and gas. After days of waiting, someone called me and repeat all the pricing policy which I read online already, I just asked one thing when it can go live, the answer is in a matter of couple days, then after 2 days, someone using mobile to call me and confirm the same thing with same answer of couple days, and then again couple hours later another lady called me, and to my surprise, none of the former call has been recorded within the system, same policy details again, eventually the lady confirmed the contract has been shifted to CovaU, so everything should be fine, other than never bother to send an email with confirmation and when is the date for activation at all. 2 days after, when I arranged moving in cleaning team to do the work, the team told me there's no electricity at all, then I called back again asking what's wrong, this time a lady give me the case reference number and her name, also promised me as long as I'm willing to pay the urgent reconnect fee, the connection could be done within 48 hours with no doubt. And guess what, after called again just now, the reality is: the 48 hours is business day, exclude weekend. So I shall wait again for the sake of urgent fee and urgent reconnect after more than a week waiting, without any email confirmation of contract. And all my fee based move in arrangement becomes a waist.
So in short: discounted price comes with discounted quality of service. You get what you paid.
